Fantastic! I can tell you are starting to have a blast since you are posting more.
oh yeah...I did do the Weight watchers and have lost almost
10 lbs since NY. My clothes are fitting so much better due to the lost inches.
Your advice really prompted me to go for it since I needed the extra motivation to kick start my weight loss. Thanks sista!!

Tanya let tell you of of course I fell off the wagon since The NY Trip I believe it's time to get back on! You have motivated me to start again! As far as my locks are corcern I still have some issues with slippage in the back of my head!!! but hopefully everything will fall into place! Good for you once again! I will let you know how the weightloss is going!

Child I was severely stressed and the docotor and my consultant suggested vitamins like you Biotin etc...like you mention to me early on and the docotr also suggested I try an over the counter product called "Hair rush" for a month then come in fo my follow up in 1 month.
Your Sl's locking in less than 1 year. That's awesome, your hair is really keeping with the program : ).
