My locks are thinning and breaking off


Along my edges a few of my locks are thinning out in the middle and eventually breaking and there's about two locks are breaking of really short can anyone tell me why????

Wow, are you stressed out at all. Stress comes in many forms, school, life, etc? Also, are you taking any vitamins? Sometimes biotin really helps stimulate hair growth.

Before doing anything though, I'd suggest you see your doctor for professional adice to get to the root cause.

Praying things get better.

All of the above Stressed is an understatement I wil take your advice and do that Biotin? I will look into this any particular brand?

Lashaune,

I would have a professional look at it. It all depends. I had a couple that were done very thin in the beginning and over time they became very fragile and they would have eventually broken off. Gigi was able to save them. So keep in mind it could be alot of causes. Particular medicine can cause hair breakage also.

I had thinning because it was residuals from having permed edges before getting locked. You may have to two strand twist nearby locks if you want to say em.
